Lead Flutter Developer

Coincrowd is a pioneering Fintech company that offers a cutting-edge crypto platform for seamless payments, Crypto Vouchers, crypto trading, portfolio management, real-time market data, breaking news, and powerful analytics.

As a Lead Flutter Developer, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our mobile applications, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, user-friendly experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Architect and implement robust, maintainable, and scalable codebases using Flutter, ensuring high-performance and scalability.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver compelling mobile experiences.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical expertise, code reviews, and support to ensure team growth and success.
  • Stay updated with the latest Flutter developments, libraries, and best practices, and proactively introduce improvements to our development process.
  • Work closely with QA engineers to ensure thorough testing and bug-free releases.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in mobile application development.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter framework.
  • Proficiency in Dart programming language.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and data structures.
  • Experience leading and mentoring a team of developers.
  • Solid understanding of mobile app architecture, UI/UX design principles, and RESTful APIs.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile software development methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
