Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented BMS Hardware Architect to join our team and play a crucial role in designing and developing building management systems (BMS) hardware for energy storage systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering high-quality BMS hardware systems on-time through effective project management and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Providing innovative solutions to complex use cases through customer-facing interactions and technical expertise.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 12-14 years of experience in BMS development, power electronics concepts, and software development methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for Li-ion batteries (UL9540/UL1973/IEC62619/IEC 60730).
  • Familiarity with simulation tools (P-Spice, Matlab, Mathcad), PCB layout constraints, and safety-critical features (charge control, thermal control, fault detection, diagnostics).
  • Experience with hardware peripherals and communication circuit design, analog front-end circuit design for Li-ion batteries, and power supply design.
Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of safety regulatory standards (IEC61508, ISO26262).
  • Expertise in contractors and relays, sensing technologies (Temp Sensor, Voltage sensor), and MOSFET driving.
