Job Title: Senior Client Advisor

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced retail professional to lead our Gurgaon store team. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills, a passion for fashion and luxury retail, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Role:

  • Take end-to-end ownership of the retail store.
  • Bld and manage relationships with high net worth individuals (HNIs) and excel in closing high-value jewelry sales (INR 5L-50L).
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and initiatives to boost revenue and achieve targets.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, motivating and inspiring the team to deliver outstanding customer service and exceed customer expectations.
  • Lead by example, actively engaging with customers to build relationships, provide personalized styling advice, and drive sales.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and other key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, cleanliness, and organization to create an inviting and luxurious shopping environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in luxury retail management, with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in direct luxury sales preferably in Indian designer brands.
  • Exceptional ability to sell and engage with HNIs at a personal level.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with HNI customers.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of driving sales and profitability in a high-pressure retail environment.
  • Knowledge of fashion trends, luxury brands, and the latest developments in the retail industry.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
