Senior Interior Designer

About Our Team:

We are a highly regarded interior design firm specializing in luxury estates and residences. Our team of experts merges European classicism with modernist tropical architecture, offering comprehensive design services spanning architecture, interiors, furniture, lighting, and product design.

The ideal candidate will have international exposure, preferably through internship or work experience abroad. A degree in Interior Design from a reputable college is a must.

A successful Senior Interior Designer should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • At least 4 to 10 years of experience
  • Proficiency in software such as Auto-CAD, SketchUp, In-design & Photoshop
  • Experience working on luxury residential buildings and hospitality projects
  • Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design development, planning, and creating attractive mood board presentations using the latest software
  • Maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality in designs
  • Researching international designs and trends
  • Ensuring client satisfaction by gathering feedback and updating project plans accordingly
  • Collaborating with vendors, consultants, and clients to ensure timely delivery of materials and information
  • Creating specification sheets for ordering materials
  • Preparing formats for accurate data entry
  • Coordinating with service consultants and the architecture team during project execution
  • Contributing ideas to the design team to facilitate project execution
  • Working closely with 3D visualizers to create detailed panels explaining each object in renders
  • Maintaining open communication with all project stakeholders
  • Fostering teamwork and sharing responsibilities among team members
  • Developing a keen aesthetic sense in material selection, color, form, texture, proportion, and composition
