Job Summary
The Cost Manager position plays a pivotal role in the financial operations of our organization, requiring an individual who can effectively manage costs and provide strategic support to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Cost Management:
- Develop and implement cost control measures to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Analyze and report on monthly closing entries, provisions, and working capital management.
- Financial Analysis:
- Conduct yield analysis and material balancing to optimize inventory levels.
- Prepare daily dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor business performance.
- Inventory Management:
- Oversee inventory valuation, reconciliation, and maintenance of accurate records.
- Perform regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Compliance and Regulatory:
- Ensure compliance with tax laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare and submit reports to relevant authorities as required.
- Fixed Assets:
- Manage fixed assets, including capitalization, tagging, and depreciation.
- Prepare asset movement analyses and reconcile Spine software with General Ledger.
- Income Tax:
- Prepare IT details, CD reports, and other documentation as required.
