Chief Financial Strategist

Job Summary

The Cost Manager position plays a pivotal role in the financial operations of our organization, requiring an individual who can effectively manage costs and provide strategic support to senior leadership.

• Cost Management:
  • Develop and implement cost control measures to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Analyze and report on monthly closing entries, provisions, and working capital management.
• Financial Analysis:
  • Conduct yield analysis and material balancing to optimize inventory levels.
  • Prepare daily dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor business performance.
• Inventory Management:
  • Oversee inventory valuation, reconciliation, and maintenance of accurate records.
  • Perform regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Compliance and Regulatory:
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Prepare and submit reports to relevant authorities as required.
• Fixed Assets:
  • Manage fixed assets, including capitalization, tagging, and depreciation.
  • Prepare asset movement analyses and reconcile Spine software with General Ledger.
• Income Tax:
  • Prepare IT details, CD reports, and other documentation as required.
