A/R Clerk

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our finance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely collection of outstanding balances and maintaining accurate records of all A/R transactions.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Generate and send invoices to customers in accordance with US GAAP standards.
• Monitor accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding balances.
• Reconcile discrepancies, resolve billing issues, communicate effectively with customers regarding payments.
• Maintain accurate records of all A/R transactions.
• Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
• Prepare financial reports and assist in financial analysis as required.
• Collaborate with the finance team to improve accounting processes and efficiency.

• Strong active listening and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
