Job Title: Building Designer

We are seeking talented Junior Architects to join our dynamic team. As a Building Designer, you will play a key role in planning and preparing approval drawings for residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare approval drawings for residential and commercial projects by applying architectural design principles and practices.
  • Collaborate with senior architects to ensure design quality and consistency throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and preferences, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of architectural design principles and practices, as well as proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.

Midlevel Architect:Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the preparation of approval drawings for residential and commercial projects by overseeing junior team members and guiding them on design and documentation best practices.
  • Develop design concepts and schemes, and present to clients and stakeholders, showcasing expertise in building design and architecture.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, maintaining the highest level of quality and professionalism throughout the project.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in architecture, preferably in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field, demonstrating a solid foundation in building design and architecture principles.
