We are seeking an Agile Delivery Coach to join Bristlecone, a forward-thinking organization dedicated to innovation and excellence. As an Agile Delivery Coach, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the adoption of Agile principles across our teams.

About the Role

In this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for leading daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews. Your coaching expertise will help team members and stakeholders understand and apply Agile best practices, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficiency.

You will identify and remove roadblocks hindering team progress, track performance metrics such as velocity, sprint progress, and burndown charts, and foster self-organization and accountability within the team. Additionally, you will act as a bridge between the development team and stakeholders, promoting transparency and alignment on priorities.

As an Agile Delivery Coach at Bristlecone, you will have the opportunity to encourage a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, proposing solutions to inefficiencies and driving positive change.
