Job Title: Power Electronics Sector Director

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat, India

The company is in the process of acquiring a manufacturing facility and plans to develop power electronics products. The successful candidate will lead the development of medium AC voltage to medium DC voltage power converters using SiC devices with MMC topology and IGBT.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for directing strategy, operations, and product development within the power electronics sector. The role involves overseeing diverse functions including engineering, product roadmaps, market strategy, risk management, and team development to achieve business objectives and drive innovation.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the overall vision and strategy for power electronics products and operations.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product development process from concept to release, ensuring alignment with market needs and technological advancements.
  • Operational Management: Manage daily operations, including project planning, resource allocation, and budget oversight.
