Key Responsibilities:

  • We manage finance operations daily, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial records.
  • We create monthly MIS reports, including P&L, cash flow, and budget vs. actuals.
  • Compliance is maintained up-to-date and documentation is aligned with statutory regulations.
  • A team in finance is led and mentored by us to ensure deliverables are accurate and timely.
  • Support for leadership with financial reporting, analysis, and insights to aid decision-making is provided.
  • Financial and operational KPIs are tracked and reported, ensuring visibility across functions.
  • Cross-functional teams (sourcing, QA, logistics, warehousing, tech) are partnered with to align financial processes with business goals.
  • Statutory compliance in India (tax filings, audits, etc.) and UK compliance in collaboration with external advisors are managed.
  • Assistance is given in preparing investor reports, forecasts, and financial models to support fundraising and growth planning.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in financial management, accounting, or auditing, ideally within a fast-growing environment.
  • Strong collaborator, able to work closely with stakeholders across various departments to ensure financial alignment and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for presenting complex information to investors, auditors, and internal teams.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining the integrity of financial records.
