Job Description

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Crypto Trader with ~6 years of experience to take ownership of live strategies and scale into a Head of Trading role.

The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of market microstructure, HFT, and execution risk. They will be responsible for running their own crypto trading strategy from day one, including full ownership from idea to execution, risk and performance tracking.

  • Develop, optimize and operate ultra-low-latency (tick-to-trade, single-digit µs) strategies
  • Scale P&L and build infrastructure around your trading edge
  • Collaborate with the team to shape the future structure and direction of the trading desk
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Currently live with a profitable crypto strategy (or recently)
  • Strong Python/C++ skills for rapid development/testing
  • Strategic thinker with leadership potential
