We are seeking a skilled Software Test Automation Expert to join our team.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced professional to leverage their expertise in software test automation to drive quality and efficiency in our development process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts to ensure early detection of software bugs throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Liaise closely with development teams to promote continuous alignment and optimize testing coverage.
  • Implement automated tests for diverse scenarios across various country instances, enhancing testing coverage and risk detection.
  • Collaborate with country distribution and core domain squads to ensure software quality objectives are achieved.
  • Pursue process improvements within our continuous improvement strategy and drive their implementation.
  • Mastery of required tools and components for assigned tasks, adhering to best practices and methodologies.
  • Produce relevant documentation and guidelines supporting the quality as everyone's responsibility strategy.
Requirements:
  • Solid experience with automated testing (at least 7 years).
  • Proficiency in at least one software development language.
  • Experience with Selenium, Cucumber, or similar technologies.
  • Building automated test suites for build/regression testing.
  • Experience with Jenkins, CircleCI, Bamboo, or similar tools.
Favored Skills:
  • Experience building Load/Stress Tests using JMeter, Blazemeter, Apache Benchmark or similar tools.
  • Experience in a continuous integration/deployment environment.
  • Experience building tests in the context of a microservice/SOA architecture.
  • Experience testing interfaces and APIs using SOAP-UI, Rest-Assured, or similar tools.
