About the Role
  • Create and maintain UI/UX guidelines and best practices for application development, ensuring consistency and high-quality user experiences across all products.
  • Evaluate user experience of third-party solutions and ensure they align with our standards and meet user needs.
  • Conduct user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to gather insights on user behavior and preferences.
  • Analyze existing applications and solutions to identify areas for improvement, making recommendations based on user feedback and industry best practices.
  • Train developers and cross-functional teams on UX principles and practices, fostering a user-centered design culture within the organization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably within an enterprise.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing UI/UX standards and guidelines.
