As a Supply Chain Analytics & Digitalization Analyst, you'll play a critical role in leveraging data analytics and digital technologies to optimize supply chain operations and drive business growth. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions to enhance the organization's supply chain capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain statistical forecasting models to ensure accurate sales forecasts and optimize supply chain operations.
  • Collaborate with Affiliate Demand Managers and Regional Supply Chain Leaders to implement data-driven solutions and improve supply chain efficiency.
  • Design and maintain analytical dashboards to support global processes and provide insights to drive business growth.
  • Manage supply chain data and ensure data completeness and correctness.
  • Develop and apply exception reporting to enable identification and management of forecast accuracy impacts and month-to-month forecast changes.
  • Provide analytical support to Regional Supply Chain Leaders and Affiliate Demand Managers as required.

Requirements:

  • University Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Supply Chain.
  • Minimum 1-4 years' experience working in a forecasting or Supply Chain Strategy role.
  • MBA and APICS certification are preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and numerate ability – with strong knowledge of statistical methodology.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and work well as part of a multifunctional team.
  • Confident in managing and interpreting large data sets.
  • Proficient in IBP, SAP S4, and Excel.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.

Desired Skills:

  • Design experience in Power BI, Power Query.
  • Strong Written, Verbal, and Communication Abilities.
  • Knowledge of statistical methods and mathematical functions.
  • Deep MS Excel experience.
  • MBA in Supply Chain, finance, marketing, or general management.

Soft Skills:

  • Track record of cross-culture collaboration.
  • Willingness to work with different time zones.
  • Experience interacting with and presenting to executive-level management.
  • Ability to summarize and effectively/simply communicate the output of complex analyses.
