Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive operations professional to oversee the day-to-day management of our office facilities, ensuring efficient administrative functioning and providing exceptional support to employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilities Management: Manage office infrastructure, supplies, housekeeping, and security, maintaining a productive work environment.
  • Operational Support: Coordinate workflows across departments for smooth execution, assist in process documentation, and provide support to HR and Finance teams as needed.
  • Vendor & Procurement Management: Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, procure supplies and services within budget, and negotiate contracts.
  • Employee Support & Logistics: Facilitate onboarding logistics, support employee travel, and serve as the primary point of contact for employee administrative queries.
  • Events & Engagement: Coordinate logistics for company meetings, workshops, and offsites, liaising with vendors for catering and facilities during events.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
  • Excellent communication and vendor management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.
