Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct high-quality research to determine different design approaches
  2. Create eye-catching, high-quality design assets, including social media graphics, website banners, podcast artwork, and logos
  3. Use design principles to maximize effectiveness
  4. Propose creative design concepts as opportunities arise
  5. Revises, edits, and improves any design materials
  6. Prepare work by gathering necessary information and materials
  7. Illustrate concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts
  8. Complete projects by coordinating with the production team, producers, and project managers
  9. Have an outstanding attention to detail and a keen eye for razor-sharp design
  10. Offline design as required
  11. Good appreciation of clean, simple, image-rich, usable interfaces
  12. Broaden and enhance knowledge by keeping up to date with digital innovations and competitors
  13. Ensure all touchpoints are protected and in line with the creative vision
