Job Summary:

Trade and Transaction Expert

We are seeking a skilled Trade and Transaction Expert to join our team. This individual will be responsible for coordinating trade processing activities, ensuring quality and quantity meet client Service Level Agreements, and monitoring volume inflow.

This role involves interacting with internal/external parties, staying aware of changes in regulations, and acting as a technical operational expert for queries from clients/team members. A strong mechanism must be built to handle volume peaks during peak seasons.

The successful candidate will have a graduate degree, 5-8 years of relevant experience, exposure to Indian capital markets or custody background, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate trade processing and regulatory reporting activities for the DB Securities & Custody Operations team supporting local and offshore clients of GTB - Investor Services.
  • Ensure quality and quantity of processing meets client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Monitor volume inflow, allocating sufficient resources and workflow in a justifiable manner.
  • Act as technical operational expert for queries from clients/team members.
  • Build a strong mechanism to handle volume peaks during peak seasons.
