Job Title: Data Centric Testing

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our data centric testing efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing test data management strategies to support enterprise-wide testing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement effective test data management strategies to ensure high-quality test data is available for functional, integration, performance, and UAT testing.
  • Configure and manage Informatica TDM/Data Masking tools to create, subset, and mask sensitive data.
  • Implement data obfuscation techniques to ensure compliance with data privacy standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver fit-for-purpose datasets for testing purposes.
  • Optimize test data provisioning processes to improve testing efficiency and reduce cycle times.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Test Data Management, Data Governance, or Data Engineering.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica Data Masking (TDM, ILM) tools.
  • Strong knowledge of Informatica TDM, ILM, and Persistent Data Masking.
  • Experience with static and dynamic data masking across RDBMS, files, and applications.
  • Proficiency in data sub-setting, synthetic data generation, cloning, and archiving using Informatica tools.
  • Strong understanding of RDBMS and ability to write complex SQL queries.
  • Proven track record of working with data privacy frameworks and compliance standards.
  • Knowledge of ETL processes, data warehousing concepts, and data migration testing.
