Qualifications & Requirements:

Educational Qualification:

* Master's Degree in relevant subject (e.g., English, History, Political Science, Sociology, etc.) with minimum 55% marks (mandatory).

* NET/Ph.D. in respective subject preferred (as per UGC norms).

Experience:

* Minimum 2-15 years of teaching experience in higher education.

* Strong subject knowledge and ability to engage students effectively.
