Senior Director Job Opportunity

  1. We are seeking a Senior Director to lead our Real World Data team. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and managing a body of work, as well as providing support to the RWD organization.

This role requires a senior leader with expertise in RWD and clinical experience. The ideal candidate will have a post-grad degree in clinical or bioinformatics, or a post-grad degree in CS, Math or equivalent with exposure of no less than 5-7 years in core data science algorithm development.

  1. The Senior Director will lead a team of analysts that support the RFP process for the team, requiring a solid understanding of customer problems and RWD assets.
  2. The role also involves guiding and overseeing consulting delivery work, including shaping how the work is funnelled to offshore teams and optimizing its delivery.
  3. Beyond technical skills, the Senior Director will be responsible for building indication-specific data lakes, supervising offshore resources, and maintaining quality standards.
  4. Effective team management and leadership are crucial in this role, ensuring a healthy team dynamic and collaboration with global leaders.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven leadership and subject matter expertise in RWD and clinical experience.
  • A minimum of 15-18 years of work experience, with at least 80% of recent experience being in bioinformatics, biopharma, and LifeScience related domains.
