Chief Software Quality Assurance Expert

Our organization is seeking a seasoned Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to oversee all aspects of quality assurance, ensuring the highest standards of software excellence.
This role involves:
- Ensuring software quality through rigorous testing, identifying defects, and implementing effective testing processes.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and implement quality strategies, testing processes, and automation frameworks.
- Developing and maintaining comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure thorough testing coverage.
- Analyzing and reporting on test results, providing insights to improve software quality and development processes.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior QA position.
- Proficiency in QA methodologies, test planning, and building automation frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium, Appium, or similar frameworks.
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as JIRA, and test management platforms like TestRail.
- Strong scripting or programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Practical experience with CI/CD tools, e.g., Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD, to integrate testing into deployment pipelines.
