Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of establishing best practices in Accounting and will operate with a profound understanding of the intricacies of the accounting process.

Reporting to the Manager Finance and Accounting, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable under supervision.

Additionally, you will assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions, entries, and adjustments. You will also help with reconciling bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial records.

Document processing and financial reporting are also key responsibilities. You will prepare and process basic financial documents such as invoices, receipts, and payments. Furthermore, you will provide assistance in preparing financial summaries and reports as needed.

Your role will also involve monitoring and tracking expenses, budgets, and cash flow. Tax compliance is another critical aspect, where you will assist senior accountants in preparing tax returns and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.

You will provide basic support during audits and financial reviews by gathering requested documents. Lastly, you will learn and stay updated with relevant accounting standards and best practices.
