Job Title: Expert Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced software engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Ruby on Rails, React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript, as well as a solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP), Git workflows, and test-driven development.

The selected candidate will work remotely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver scalable, high-performing applications while maintaining best engineering practices.

The key responsibilities include building and maintaining backend services with Ruby on Rails, developing interactive UI components, writing clean, test-driven, and reusable code aligned with industry standards, participating in Agile activities such as standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, conducting peer code reviews, providing mentorship, and ensuring quality standards.

Troubleshooting and resolving production issues using monitoring and logging tools is also an essential part of the job.

In addition, the successful candidate will collaborate with teams to create technical documentation and internal tools.
