AI Engineer

We are looking for a seasoned Machine Learning Engineer to lead our end-to-end ML efforts.

This role is responsible for architecting and scaling ML pipelines, collaborating with backend and product teams, and ensuring AI agents are powerful, reliable, cost-efficient, and explainable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable machine learning architectures.
  • Develop multi-LLM orchestration with routing, chaining, retries, and persisted state.
  • Optimize RAG pipelines (hierarchical chunking, embeddings, hybrid search, re-ranking).
  • Build and maintain connectors for external system integration.
  • Adapt and fine-tune models for Finance, Legal, and Tax workflows.
  • Deploy and monitor models in production using APIs and metrics.
  • Foster a culture where ML is built for production from day one.

Requirements:

  • 4–5 years of experience as an ML Engineer / Applied Scientist in production environments.
  • Strong Python expertise, including PyTorch/TensorFlow and data pipeline skills.
  • Deep knowledge of LLMs, RAG systems, embeddings, and vector DBs.
  • Experience working with multiple LLM providers and balancing cost, latency, and quality.
  • Comfortable with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and deploying to cloud platforms.
