About The Role

As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing backend services using Node.js and JavaScript. You will also integrate MongoDB and other data layers for performance and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable and efficient backend services using Node.js and JavaScript.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment and scalability of systems.
  • Solve complex problems with minimal guidance, showcasing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in backend development.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in backend engineering.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Python, JavaScript, and MongoDB.
  • Experience using Docker.
  • English proficiency at C1 or C2 level, both written and spoken.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex tasks with minimal information.
  • Ownership mentality: You are proactive, accountable, and willing to take on responsibility beyond your role.
