Job Description:The Agile Project Manager will be responsible for guiding and coaching the team on Agile/Scrum practices and values. They will work closely with Product Owners to ensure a well-defined and prioritized backlog.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 4–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification preferred.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
- Ability to work with distributed teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Track and report team metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.) to stakeholders.
- Promote transparency and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
- Support Agile adoption across the organization and contribute to Agile community of practice.
- Ensure the team adheres to Agile principles and maintains high levels of performance and quality.
