Dynamic Payroll Leader

As a key member of our payroll team, you will oversee the end-to-end management of monthly payroll processing for all employees. Your role will be critical in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of salary and other statutory benefits to our workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage monthly payroll processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Validate and reconcile inputs such as attendance, leave records, new joiners, exits, salary revisions, and variable pay.
  • Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements, including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, gratuity, and other applicable labor laws.
  • Handle employee queries related to salary, taxation, and payroll policies.
  • Prepare payroll MIS, reports, and analytics for management review.
  • Stay updated on changes in labor laws, taxation, and statutory compliance.

Education and Experience:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or HR with an MBA/PGDM or CMA/CA qualification.
  • At least 7-10 years of experience in payroll management, specifically in India.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems, including SAP and ADP.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, with advanced formulas and reconciliation skills.
  • Knowledge of income tax and statutory compliance.

Behavioural Skills:

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
