Job Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team. This role involves building and maintaining full-stack features using React.js/Next.js and Node.js/Nest.js.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable microservices and APIs.
  • Work with both RDBMS (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Redis) systems.
  • Actively use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate and enhance coding workflows.
  • Collaborate across teams (Product, Design, DevOps) to deliver high-quality features.
  • Take complete ownership of modules and drive them from concept to deployment.
  • Continuously learn and experiment with LLM-based APIs, automation tools, and best practices.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of hands-on full-stack development experience.
  • Strong knowledge of React.js, Next.js, Node.js, Nest.js, and TypeScript.
  • Solid understanding of SQL & NoSQL databases.
  • Experience in designing and building RESTful APIs and microservices.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or similar) and CI/CD workflows.
  • Fast learner with a proactive attitude and strong debugging/problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Lovable, Tabnine, etc.

  • Experience working in early-stage SaaS startups.
  • Familiarity with product analytics, feature flags, and A/B testing.
  • Contribution to open-source or personal side projects.
  • Understanding of secure coding practices and performance optimization.
