Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team at Risk Resources LLP. The ideal candidate will have expertise in .NET and React JS, with a strong understanding of software design and architecture patterns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement efficient, reusable, and reliable code using .NET and React JS.
  • Develop and maintain frontend and backend solutions for web applications.
  • Create and maintain SQL Server databases, ensuring their performance, security, and availability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and other agile processes.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and apply them to the development process.
  • Debug and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Write comprehensive documentation for code and technical processes.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process and team productivity.
  • Work on both frontend and backend requirements, ensuring a seamless integration of the two.
  • Collaborate with designers to create clean and intuitive user interfaces.
  • Participate in requirements analysis and provide time estimates for project completion.
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders and internal teams to understand user requirements and provide technical solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with .NET, React JS, C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Strong understanding of SQL Server database design and query optimization.
  • Experience with agile methodology and development tools such as Git, JIRA, etc.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with software design/architecture patterns and best practices.
  • Knowledge of security principles and how they apply to web applications.
  • Experience in integrating frontend and backend elements with third-party services.
  • Understanding of responsive and mobile design.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Experience with testing and debugging.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
