Key Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Fashion Merchandiser to join our team. As a key member of our merchandising team, you will be responsible for managing store and vendor relations, customer communications, and product merchandising across online and offline channels.

  • Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and vendors, ensuring smooth coordination on orders, stock, and payments.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2–4 years of experience in merchandising, fashion retail, or customer-facing roles with lifestyle/fashion brands. Strong communication and relationship-building skills, especially with stores and vendors, are essential. The ability to balance operational efficiency with creativity and attention to detail is also required.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Merchandising Experience: Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in merchandising, fashion retail, or customer-facing roles.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building skills, especially with stores and vendors.
  • Operational Efficiency: Ability to balance operational efficiency with creativity and attention to detail.
