Graphic Design Team Lead Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Graphic Design Team Lead to oversee the operations of our graphic design and quality control team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of Graphics Designers and QAs that create production-ready assets for digital and print media.

Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that promotes creativity and productivity.

  • Manage the production process for all print media materials, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement strategic design operations plans to enhance team productivity, cost-effectiveness, and overall project success.
  • Create templates and style guides as required for new projects, maintaining consistency and accuracy throughout the design process.
  • Implement and maintain rigorous quality control processes, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Conduct regular sample quality checks on design outputs to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to keep the team at the forefront of design innovation.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating excellent conceptualization skills and extensive experience in Print-media design.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, providing effective English communication skills (written and oral) to discuss designs/design process.
  • Ensure cost-effective use of resources without compromising on quality, prioritizing project resources and timelines effectively.

Able to adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines, including flexibility to working in shifts for critical deliverables.
