Job Summary

The Management Information Systems (MIS) Executive plays a crucial role in managing and analyzing data to support business operations and strategic decision-making.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining databases, spreadsheets, and other data management tools to collect and organize business information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other data management tools to collect and organize business information.
  • Generate reports, dashboards, and presentations to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to the management.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in business processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide support in data analysis and reporting.
  • Evaluate data accuracy, integrity, and security through regular audits and quality checks.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proficient in Advanced Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros.
  • Proven experience in MIS, data analysis, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in database management systems (e.g., SQL, Microsoft Access) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
