Multi Technician Job Description


At Accor, we are seeking a skilled and versatile Multi Technician to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining our properties' facilities and equipment.


Your key responsibilities will include:


  • Inspect and perform preventative maintenance: Regularly inspect all areas of the property to identify potential issues and perform preventative maintenance to ensure a safe and functional environment for our guests.
  • Ensure safety and efficiency: Test electrical equipment, such as motors, heaters, and controls, to ensure they are functioning safely and efficiently.
  • Assist guests: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests with property facilities and answering any questions they may have.

Qualifications and Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:


  • 1-2 years of prior experience: You will have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Diploma/Relevant degree: You will hold a diploma or relevant degree in a field such as electrical or mechanical engineering.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities: You will possess strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
