Export Documentation Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Export Documentation professional to prepare and audit export documentation for vessel shipments and settlements.

  • Processing commercial invoice documents requires validating data integrity and accuracy.
  • Effective communication with internal and external customers, including trading desks, loading facilities, freight forwarders, brokers, vendors, and customers is crucial.
  • Ensuring timely processing of export shipments involves monitoring accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • A keen eye for detail is necessary for creating, assembling, and presenting applicable export documentation required per country-specific destination in accordance with export laws and regulations.
