Job Title: Integration Solutions Consultant

The role of Integration Solutions Consultant is to work with clients to develop quality communications solutions that address their business requirements. This process starts with the collection and analysis of pertinent data essential to understanding client needs, followed by assessment and solution development. The consultant takes responsibility for design inclusive of technical architecture, delivery planning, and representation of the solution as required.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

">
  • Ownership or support on creation of deliverables, including low-level design, acceptance test plan, and migration scenario
  • Liaise directly with customers to obtain all relevant technical information for successful design and order validation
  • Support on-site or remote migration for complex solutions environments as required
  • Position and deliver billable consulting work to partners or end-customers, especially when it facilitates deeper partner relationships or significant end-customer contracts
  • Acting as pre-sales consultant for organic growth activities as needed

Required Skills and Qualifications:

A professional with a BSc in Telecommunication or equivalent and minimum CCNP CCDP CCIP level or equivalent experience is required. Fluency in both spoken and written English is mandatory, while other languages are an added advantage. Presales experience and security, UC, or WAN optimization experience are also desirable.
