We are seeking a seasoned legal professional to join our team as a contract compliance specialist at Pipal Biz.

Company Overview:

Pipal Biz is a leading producer of Sponge Iron, Billets, TMT Bars and Power located in Jharsuguda, Odisha.

Estimated Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹2,400,000 per annum based on experience.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice, drafting and reviewing documents, liaising with external parties, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal counsel and support
• Draft and review complex legal documents
• Liaise with legal counsel, authorities, and stakeholders
• Ensure seamless compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Manage and maintain accurate legal records and documentation
• Develop and implement effective risk mitigation strategies
• Handle liaison with various stakeholders, including government agencies and external partners
• Stay up-to-date on the latest legal developments and changes

Qualifications:

• MBA / PGDIRPM / LLB degree from a reputable institution
• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a leadership position
• In-depth knowledge of Indian laws, particularly those related to Odisha
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities
• Proficiency in the Odia language, with the ability to communicate effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on detail-oriented work
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
