We are seeking an experienced Closing Operations Manager to oversee the end-to-end customer closing journey, ensuring smooth documentation, legal compliance, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will handle the entire closing process, from agreement execution to final settlements.
About the Role
The Closing Operations Manager will be responsible for coordinating with Sales, CRM, Finance, Legal, and Project teams to ensure timely and hassle-free handovers. This includes ensuring statutory compliance, resolving customer queries, and maintaining accurate customer records.
Key Responsibilities
- Agreement Execution: Oversee the signing of agreements, ensuring all parties are in compliance with terms and conditions.
- Registration and Compliance: Ensure timely registration, stamp duty payments, RERA documentation, and taxation compliance.
- Closing Process Management: Coordinate with various teams to ensure a seamless closing experience for customers.
- Customer Query Resolution: Respond to customer inquiries related to documentation, possession, and payments.
- Documentation Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and closing-related documentation.
Requirements
- Experience: 7+ years in Closing or Assistant Manager – Closing role with a reputable developer.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of real estate documentation, compliance, and registration processes.
- Skills: Strong communication, customer-handling, and coordination skills.
- Qualification: Graduate or Post-Graduate (MBA preferred).
