About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Visual Storyteller to join our team at FoxyMoron as a Brand Experience Designer. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your creativity and skills in crafting captivating visual representations that effectively communicate the brand's essence and evoke desired responses from the target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for decoding the brief as shared by supervisors, identifying brand requirements and identity, target audience etc, and maintaining a deep understanding of the brand's voice, tone, and messaging guidelines. They will ensure all artwork aligns with the brand's identity and values.
In this role, you will develop static and dynamic creative design layouts for marketing materials, including but not limited to social media posts, email campaigns, etc. You will stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to create innovative artwork that ensures designs are relevant and effective in capturing the target audience's attention.
You will conduct research to understand the target audience demographics, preferences, and behavior to tailor messaging effectively. Additionally, you will monitor and analyze the performance of designing efforts, leveraging data and insights to inform future designs.
Requirements and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have 1-2.5 years of industry experience preferred. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools is essential. Experience in After Effects & Premier Pro is also preferred.
You should demonstrate a solid understanding of social media platforms, with knowledge of multiple verticals within the digital realm.
About the Opportunity:
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include opportunities for growth and development, a collaborative work environment, and recognition for outstanding performance.
