**Job Opportunity:** Portfolio Management AssociateAs a portfolio management associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of private equity funds. Your responsibilities will include:• Updating and managing portfolio details, including reviewing cash flows and financial reports.• Generating customized quarterly reports for investors, providing them with accurate and timely information.• Analyzing PE fund performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to enhance results.• Calculating fund valuation data, including investment costs, realized/unrealized values, and financial KPIs.• Tracking operational KPIs and updating information on a quarterly basis, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and up-to-date.• Developing and maintaining fund track records, reconciling data with cash flow notices and ensuring accuracy.• Calculating fund multiples and IRRs, and performing attribution and value creation analysis.• Reconciling portfolio-level operational data, including geographical presence and leverage.• Collaborating with teams to obtain accurate information and communicate task status to clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless communication.• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to produce high-quality work products.• Ability to work independently, identify process improvements, and prioritize tasks effectively.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.• Knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Word and MS Excel, with proficiency in E-front, Power BI, and Microsoft Access an advantage.
