Job Overview
The Senior Front-End Developer will work closely with a small team to build, maintain, and document web applications. This role requires industry best practices knowledge, Microsoft environment experience, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and document software solutions for current internal web applications.
  • Ensure new web applications function smoothly across platforms.
  • Optimize existing applications following coding standards.
  • Perform testing on new features and debug application issues.
  • Support legacy web applications and interact with business users.
  • Profile performance issues and coordinate optimization initiatives.
  • Work with an offshore development team and designer to ensure user experience.

Required Skills:
  • Experience as senior front-end developer.
  • Expert knowledge of React with TypeScript, CSS, C#, Azure, SQL, and NoSQL DBs.
  • Ability to lead technical initiatives and understand security best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Understanding of software development life cycle.
  • Strong appreciation for usability and user experience.
  • Familiarity with emerging presentation frameworks and design patterns.
  • Knowledge of source code control systems and open-source automation testing frameworks.
