Visual Design Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Designer to lead our brand's creative vision and execution.

In this role, you will define the design language, build brand guidelines, and lead a small team while staying hands-on with high-quality design work.

You will be responsible for creating and overseeing social media campaigns, emailers, presentations, and marketing materials that strengthen brand presence and deliver business impact.

Working closely with the marketing team, you will ensure consistent storytelling across all channels, while driving innovation and setting new creative benchmarks for the brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and define the brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all channels.
  • Lead and mentor a team of designers to deliver high-impact campaigns.
  • Design and oversee social media creatives, emailers, and marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create campaign-driven strategies that drive results.
  • Streamline creative processes and workflows for efficiency and timely delivery.
  • Stay ahead of design trends and tools, bringing innovation to campaigns.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions and inspire breakthrough ideas.
  • Balance hands-on design work with strategic leadership to ensure world-class execution.
Requirements:
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in a creative field.
  • Proficiency in software tools and applications.
  • Understanding of branding, typography, and layout principles.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design work, social media creatives, and marketing assets.
  • Basic knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects is an asset).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and creativity.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Creative story-teller, high on emotional intelligence.
