About the Opportunity:

We seek a skilled Visual Design Specialist who can create engaging experiences across all touchpoints. As part of our dynamic team, you will play a key role in shaping how our brand is perceived and remembered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Identity & Visual Systems:
    • Develop and maintain a consistent visual language across digital, print, and packaging.
    • Evolve our brand look while incorporating fresh ideas.
  • Content & Campaign Design:
    • Create compelling assets for social media that balance science and fun.
    • Design performance marketing creatives (Meta, Google, Amazon ads).
    • Support influencer and community campaigns with content templates and visuals.
  • Packaging & Product Design:
    • Collaborate on new product packaging, ensuring strong shelf presence and recall.
    • Prepare mockups, dielines, and print-ready files.
  • Cross-Functional Creative Support:
    • Design website banners, emailers, WhatsApp creatives, Amazon A+ pages.
    • Partner with content writers, video editors, and agencies to bring campaigns to life.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of design experience (consumer brand/beauty/skincare/FMCG experience is an asset).
  • A strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media, and packaging work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Figma/Canva skills are beneficial.
  • An eye for typography, color, and layout consistency.
  • Ability to translate scientific, skincare-heavy content into consumer-friendly design.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills – you'll work closely with growth, content, and product teams.
  • A creative, resourceful, and experimental mindset – not afraid to push boundaries.
