Job Title: Electrical Systems Design Lead

We are a start-up based in Bengaluru & Delhi NCR, focusing on the development of next-generation missions and technologies towards future warfare needs of the Indian defence forces.

Our product portfolio includes a solar power stratospheric high-altitude pseudo-satellite (HAPS) unmanned platform and an air/ground-launched stand-off autonomous system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead electrical system design activities.
  • Define architecture and component-level requirements.
  • Perform analysis on new architectures/products.
  • Ensure design meets certification standards.
  • Conduct designs/reviews.
  • Establish scope and framework for standardization of integration processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of power supply design, power converters, analog & digital control, MOSFETs/GaN devices, gate driver circuitry, transformer/inductor design.
  • Experience in multiple product development stages - circuit design, simulations & analysis, manufacturing and validation.
  • Proficient in modeling & simulation tools such as Spice, MATLAB/Simulink, PSIM, and PCB design tools like Eagle/OrCAD/Altium.
  • Familiar with Solar arrays/MPPT/Battery/BMS/Wiring Harness topics.
