Empowerment Coach

As a full-time mentor/life coach, you will play a pivotal role in guiding individuals to achieve their personal, academic, or professional goals. Your key responsibilities will include providing personalized mentorship and motivational coaching to help clients set, pursue, and achieve meaningful objectives.

• Deliver high-quality, tailored mentorship and coaching services to support clients in setting, pursuing, and attaining their desired outcomes.
• Create impactful presentations and workshop materials for group and one-on-one sessions.
• Facilitate engaging presentations and workshops utilizing excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills.
• Apply adaptable coaching methodologies tailored to each client's unique challenges and aspirations.
• Maintain regular progress tracking and review sessions with clients to ensure effective plan implementation.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, particularly for impactful public speaking and presentations.
• Strong listening, empathy, and motivational abilities to establish strong connections and inspire clients.
• Demonstrate adaptability, curiosity, and a positive mindset; maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• Possess a Bachelor's degree (preferably in Psychology) to provide deeper insights into client motivation and behavior.
