Job Overview

New American Funding has a subsidiary in India, one of the largest privately-owned direct mortgage lenders in the US. Our business operations teams provide processing, underwriting, and mortgage closing services to ensure homeowners navigate the complex world of mortgages and loans with ease.

We create technology products that enable seamless digital home loan experiences for our buyers/borrowers. Our intelligent servicing platform supports end-to-end mortgage processing from digital application to final payment.

As a process associate, you will be engaged in performing back-end operations of the US Mortgage domain. This role requires strong communication and critical thinking abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops and maintains a thorough understanding of procedures and processes by participating in Knowledge Transfer sessions.
  • Operational activities aligning with procedural requirements, including document review, indexing, etc.
  • Achieve/exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as defined.

Qualification & Core Competencies:

  • Arts and Science graduates.
  • Excellent command of the English language, being fluent in spoken and written.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic Excel knowledge.
  • Willingness to work in the US shift time zone (09:30 PM to 06:30 AM).
