Job Title: Mold Production Manager
Job Description:This role involves overseeing and optimizing the injection molding manufacturing process. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with SOPs, maintaining high standards of personal hygiene and cleanliness in the manufacturing department, and managing various aspects of the injection molding production.
The key responsibilities include leading and supervising a team of 3-4 members to achieve productivity targets and ensure adherence to SOPs and processes. Monitoring and controlling rejection rates, executing R&D work related to molds and machinery, and maintaining documentation as per ISO 13485:2016 standards are also crucial aspects of this role.
Additionally, the candidate will coordinate with suppliers and vendors, troubleshoot issues, and implement process improvements. Maintaining cGMP norms, training operators, and ensuring preventive and periodic maintenance of machines and molds are essential duties.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field with at least 10-12 years of experience in injection molding manufacturing.
- Knowledge of ISO 13485:2016 standards, familiarity with cGMP norms, and proficiency in using SAP and T-codes.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and attention to detail.
The ideal candidate will have strong understanding of injection molding processes, problem-solving, and leadership abilities. Proficiency in using SAP, T-codes, and knowledge of ISO 13485:2016 standards are essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to quality and attention to detail are required.
