About the Role

As a Network Engineer L1, you will be responsible for monitoring and reporting alerts from network devices. You will also work on raised and assigned tickets/alerts from the ITSM tool, identifying faults, assigning severity, following troubleshooting procedures, and ensuring timely closure of alerts/tickets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor network devices and report alerts in a timely manner.
  • Ticket Management: Work on raised and assigned tickets/alerts from the ITSM tool, identifying faults, assigning severity, following troubleshooting procedures, and ensuring timely closure of alerts/tickets.
  • Fault Management: Handle fault management with service providers for network-related issues, initiating trouble tickets, following up until resolution, and escalating if required.
  • Change Management: Coordinate with L2 engineers for issue resolution and change management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

You will need to have 3+ years of experience in handling network operations and hold valid CCNA/JNCIA/CCNP Routing and Switching/Security certifications. Additionally, you should have OEM valid intermediate-level SD-WAN certification.
