Talent Worx is seeking a skilled technical support professional to join our team. As a key member of our cloud support team, you will provide expert-level support for our customers utilizing SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and troubleshooting technical issues, configuring and optimizing system settings for performance and stability, managing integrations between SAP S/4HANA Cloud, SAP BTP, and third-party applications, handling incident management and service requests in alignment with SLAs, utilizing SAP Cloud ALM for monitoring, diagnostics, and automation, supporting system upgrades, patch management, and security compliance, and optimizing Fiori apps, key user tools, and API-based integrations.

**Key Responsibilities:**
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.
• Configure and optimize system settings for performance and stability.
• Manage integrations between SAP S/4HANA Cloud, SAP BTP, and third-party applications.
• Handle incident management and service requests in alignment with SLAs.
