Claim Processing Executive

This role is focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective claim processing and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement CRM solutions to support clients with their claims needs.
  • Handle client inquiries related to policy coverage and claim processing, providing clear guidance and support.
  • Guide users in submitting and tracking claims using our claims app, ensuring seamless user experience.
  • Serve as a single point of contact (SPOC) for specific corporate clients, fostering strong relationships and trust.
  • Collect, verify, and dispatch claim-related documents according to established corporate protocols, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
  • Liaise closely with internal claim processing teams at ICICI Lombard to ensure smooth handling of cashless and priority claims.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest health insurance regulations, guaranteeing accurate information sharing and compliance.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection standards, upholding the highest standards of professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in English are essential.
  • In-depth knowledge of health insurance claim processes is vital.
  • A customer-focused approach with problem-solving skills is necessary.
  • Ability to travel locally as required by the job is advantageous.
