Job Purpose:

  • Protects the organization's information assets by identifying, evaluating and reporting on Information Security risks and Cyber security threats.
  • Cyber threat and cyber intelligence: Stays up-to-date with developing security threats and conducts real-time analysis of immediate threats, and performs incident response when something goes wrong.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops and implements robust cyber security and cyber resilience framework

  • Ensures adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards

  • Conducts regular Cyber security audits to identify vulnerabilities and provides recommendations for remediation

  • Reviews and analyzes data leakage detections and performs Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing activities as per regulatory requirements
  • Coordinates with stakeholders for closing observations and implementing corrective actions
  • Assists in the implementation of security initiatives such as End Point Backup Solution, 2FA and DLP Implementation, Patch Management activities, ISO 27001 Implementation and leads the Security Operations Centre team
  • Provides strategic directions to SOC team and organization for security posture improvements

  • Ensures adherence to SLA and process improvement to achieve operational objectives
  • Continuously assesses current Information security/Cyber security practices and systems and identifies areas for improvement

  • Develops and manages information security/Cyber security awareness training programs for New Joiners

  • Reviews, updates and provides recommendations with respect to Information security policy, Cyber Security policy and standards

Education Qualification:

• B.E/B.Tech
• Preferred CISA/CISM/ISO27001 certification/CEH

Experience:

• 4-9 years of Experience in the field of Information security, IT Security

Skills Required:
